SHIPPING INFORMATION
COVID-19 UPDATE
While order processing is back to normal, shipping is still affected by flight restrictions in certain areas.
We ship your orders out within 2-7 days but current shipping still ranges anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on your location.
Once your order is shipped out, you will receive your tracking information via email. Delivery will take longer, but rest assured your order will reach you.
Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.
SHIPPING COSTS
All our items are listed with free standard shipping!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Depending on your location, your order may be subject to customs and import taxes, which you may need to settle separately. Please contact your local customs representative to find out how much these may be. Easy Bogey does not have any control over these taxes.
RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
The return address will be included in your package.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to easybogeygolf@gmail.com
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned unworn, with the original purchase tags attached and in the condition that they were received.
Please note that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on sale items.
We also do not offer returns or exchange on headwear, unless faulty.
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfilment partner. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
REFUNDS
Please make sure of your order before your confirm your purchase as we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
